Greyson Land, Associate
Mr. Land focuses his practice on construction law, government contracting, and commercial litigation. He represents owners, developers, and contractors in connection with public and private construction projects throughout the United States. Additionally, he assists construction industry clients in negotiating and drafting contract documents and provides legal advice related to emerging industry issues.
Greyson graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina, School of Law, where he served as communications editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and received the CALI Award for Agency, Partnership, and LLC. He earned his bachelor's degree from Clemson University, where he majored in finance and minored in accounting.
Greyson has received the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) certificate from Federal Publications Seminar and is a contributing author to the South Carolina Construction Law Desk Book, published by the Construction Law Section of the South Carolina Bar.
Taylor Morris, Partner
Taylor Morris focuses his practice on construction litigation and transactions, contracts and commercial law. He has experience advising clients on litigation strategy and contract negotiations. He has represented clients in construction disputes involving construction defects and delay claims, professional negligence and mechanic’s lien actions, including lawsuits involving multimillion-dollar damages that were successfully resolved with a jury verdict.
Taylor graduated summa cum laude from Charleston School of Law, where he served as a member of the Charleston Law Moot Court Board, and associate symposium editor of the Charleston Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in construction science and management from Clemson University.
Prior to law school Taylor worked in the construction industry as a project engineer for both heavy-highway and commercial construction companies based in South Carolina. In those roles Taylor estimated and bid government and commercial construction projects, supervised multimillion-dollar construction projects, and drafted construction contracts and subcontractor agreements.
