Yvonne N. Harris, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR 

Yvonne N. Harris is a Human Resources (HR) expert, a leader for the evolution of People Culture, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) champion, and an Executive Coach. Yvonne has experience with global technology and professional services firms, healthcare, manufacturing and retail industries. She has held various roles leadership roles in HR, CSR, Recruitment, and Inclusion & People Culture. Yvonne is an experienced training facilitator and a frequent speaker at conferences and events on a variety of topics including unconscious bias, work-life integration, and inclusive leadership. Yvonne is a two-time winner of the National Diversity Council’s DiversityFIRST Award which recognizes demonstrated dedication and continuing commitment to advocacy, raising awareness, and protecting civil and human rights. She was also honored by the Houston Rockets NBA Team for her community leadership during their annual International Women’s Day game and recognition. Yvonne has partnered with the Houston Rockets, the Houston Dynamo/Dash Soccer Teams, and the British Basketball League to host International Women’s Day (IWD) events to celebrate women who are game changers in their professions. Always inspired by the life experiences of others, Yvonne is a Co-Founder of 21 Media LLC, and a frequent podcaster who produces content that educates, enlightens, and spreads goodness. As a passion project, Yvonne serves as the volunteer Executive Director for Juneteenth USA in furtherance of the mission to increase awareness and appreciation for the holiday.
