Tim Albertson, Great Divide IT

Tim Albertson is a seasoned IT professional with over 28 years of experience, primarily in managed IT services. Since January 2014, he has been the owner of Great Divide IT Consulting LLC, providing comprehensive IT solutions in the Reno area.

Previously, Tim worked as a Systems Engineer at Factory IT in Jackson, WY, and served as VP of Technology and Business Analyst at Cannell Capital, where he managed the information systems infrastructure for a hedge fund. His earlier roles include Technology Administrator at Techspace in San Francisco and Fulfillment Manager at Addhealth in Jackson, WY.

Tim holds a GSEC certification and is an active member of InfraGard. Beyond his professional work, he is a dedicated husband and father of two and currently serves as the Galena High School Boys’ Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Originally from New York, Tim earned a BA in Government from St. Lawrence University.
