Scott’s 27-year career marks an extraordinary balance of design innovation and workplace strategy. He is an expert in the office market, having contributed to many high-profile businesses in Oregon and across the globe. Scott strives to create transformational concepts that uniquely celebrate a company’s culture. Recently, the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) recognized Scott’s career advancing the interior design profession in Oregon with the prestigious Legacy Award. His projects have been featured in national publications and celebrated with 16 IIDA design awards, and he was named a Portland Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
Michelle Schulz, AIA, LEED AP
Michelle’s experience has given her a broad range of skills as a Principal, Project Manager, and owner’s representative on various project types, including multi-family residential, mixed-use, retail, office, athletic, educational, medical, tenant improvements, space planning, master planning, and single-family/custom residential.
Michelle is talented at working with and leading a team while meeting fast-paced project schedule milestones. She is also astute at coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, keeping her projects running smoothly while staying on time and within budget. Michelle’s ability to facilitate community engagement contributes to the successful creation of resident-focused spaces.
Michelle’s extensive involvement in NAIOP and BOMA demonstrates her strong connections to the local business community, amplifying her depth of knowledge and expertise in the realm of economic growth and development.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Michelle actively pursues responsible uses of natural resources, energy, materials, and processes on all her projects.
