The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Mark McMullen serves as the State Economist and director of the Oregon Office of Economic Analysis. The office provides objective forecasts of the state's economy, tax revenue and population to advance the goals of the Governor, Legislature, state agencies, and the public. Prior to joining OEA in the fall of 2010, Mark served as Director of Consulting at Moody’s Analytics, and was a researcher with the Congressional Budget Office. Mark was an undergraduate at Pomona College and did his graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania.
