Jennifer has also worked in Southern California, Pittsburgh, and had a short stint in Germany with the Department of Defense, which has shaped her well-rounded approach to addressing complex workforce challenges with empathy and precision. She excels in designing, developing, and executing HR strategies and best practices, with expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and more. Jennifer is adept at identifying issues ahead of the curve and providing proactive recommendations to mitigate potential challenges.
A proud Spartan, Jennifer earned both her bachelor's in business and her master's in human resources and labor relations from Michigan State University.
