Angela M. Otto is a key member of Dunn Carney LLP’s Real Estate and Construction practice group. Angie’s practice is dedicated to the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, owners, and developers in construction disputes. She represents clients on significant delay and impact claims, complex contractual and payment disputes, and other matters pertaining to the design and construction of commercial projects. She further represents clients on the front end of construction and design projects, including developing risk management procedures, negotiating contracts, and visiting job sites to resolve potential issues before they develop into claims.

Angie has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law and Litigation – Construction since 2018. She has been selected to the Oregon Super Lawyers list, published by Super Lawyers Magazine, since 2018. Angie also served as counsel to the board for the Associated General Contractors Oregon-Columbia Chapter from January 2015 through January 2020 and the Construction Financial Management Association – Portland Chapter since December 2023.

Angie regularly appears in state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington, is also admitted in Utah, and has significant mediation and arbitration experience. She is a past Chair of the Oregon State Bar Construction Law Section and was a member of the executive committee between 2003 and 2010. She is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education and construction industry courses and seminars. Angie has also been featured in the Portland Business Journal’s Executive Profile, is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers, and committed to a number of trade associations.

Mitch Cornelius comes from Fortis Construction where he is responsible for the innovation and technology strategy which includes Operational Technology, VDC, Traditional IT, cyber security, Data, Business Analytics, and the innovation program. Through his career he’s filled many roles – VDC, Estimating, Design Phase Management, Project Management, and Business Process Consulting. In every role he’s kept a focus on how the application of technology can improve the construction process. Mitch was educated at Brigham Young University in the college of engineering with a Construction Management Degree.

Dave Johnson started Netropole Inc. in 1994 to bring enterprise class IT services to small and emerging businesses in the Pacific Northwest. From helpdesk calls through risk management and budgeting, Netropole becomes the IT and security leg of a company’s org chart at a fraction of the cost of in-house IT.

Over the years, the mission of Netropole has grown to include Cyber Security and the use of advanced technologies including AI. Right now, Dave is spending much of his time helping clients temper their enthusiasm and understand the risks and benefits of AI in their businesses.

Pete Lowry has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Dayton and was a commercial construction manager for 10 years after college.

He earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Portland in 2006. He has been a CPA in Oregon since 2007 and a member of the Portland Chapter of CFMA since 2008.

He has been CFO of Charter Mechanical Contractors, a union mechanical contractor specializing in high purity process piping for the advanced technology industry for 11 years.
